SOMEONE NEEDS YOU!

Someone is stuck in the sand of defeat,

Or sunk in the mire of despair;

Someone is soaked in the rain of deceit,

And looking for someone to care!

Someone is traveling a wearisome road,

Toiling and struggling along,

Waiting for someone to lighten their load,

Someone to cheer them with song.

Someone is bent neath their sorrow and grief,

Seeking a friend that is true;

Someone could comfort and give them relief;

Should not that someone be YOU?

Someone is living in darkness and doubt;

Can you not help them today?

Point them to Jesus; He'll put sin to rout

And chase all the shadows away!
